These changes may take place on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level.


Sound Healing Meditation

Crystal Bowls, chimes, and other sound healing tools are used to create a sense of energetic calm in the body and help guide you into deep soul meditation. Osteopathy is a manual therapy that looks at the body as whole to find the root cause of a person’s pain and symptoms. The science of osteopathy incorporates a holistic approach to the patient’s health and it is built upon an understanding of human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and their interrelationships. 

Osteopathic manual treatment sessions consist of gentle and effective techniques for decreasing pain, increasing mobility and promoting circulation with the aim of optimizing a person’s general health and function so that they may enjoy a better quality of life.
It is an effective treatment for various symptoms and conditions such as: Acute or Chronic Pain, Digestive Problems, Musculoskeletal injuries, TMD (temporomandibular disorder), headaches, migraines and more. Each individualised treatment includes a wide variety of techniques that are adapted to each patient and their state of health.
Erin enjoys treating all ages from babies to older adults.

Meet Shannon

Shannon (she/they) is a Registered Massage Therapist who takes a thorough approach to health, considering all the different moving pieces of “wellness” that impact what that word means to her patients. She loves the privilege of getting to know her clients and their lives, and helping them see their true potential for pain free, fearless movement.

Identity and mental wellness play a huge role in our pain perception and how we feel, which is why Shannon, the owner of Tidal Soul, sees great importance in creating a space that is not only safe for members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent community but is designed to make us feel comfortable and live in the belief that our wellness is a priority.

Background

Shannon graduated Class of 2018 from The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, where they are now proud to call themself part of the college teaching faculty.

After her massage education she enrolled and completed a 5 year Manual Osteopathic Program from the Collège d’études Ostéopathiques (CEO) in Halifax, NS. Erin treats in a holistic approach, integrating the full body and is committed to providing the best treatment for her clients’ individual needs. She is certified in cupping therapy and uses the latest treatment techniques which include trigger-point release therapy, fascial techniques, joint mobilizations and stretching during her treatments.

Renee is a Registered Acupuncturist and member of the Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine Association of Nova Scotia.

As an acupuncturist and community worker, she focuses her treatments on both physical and emotional safety, wellness, and empowerment.

With the goal of supporting people to feel safe in their bodies and in community, Renee works to support nervous system regulation, digestive issues, body pain, headaches, sleep concerns, and mental and emotional health - through acupuncture, fire cupping, acupressure massage and gua sha.
